Advantage Insurance is looking forward to the fishing derby and cookout on Wednesday June 16 that Roger White is hosting at his home, residents from the Canton and Rumford nursing homes will be attending. This day is all about getting folks outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and having fun after a long year. Roger’s pond is stocked with trout and ready for the day. Numerous local businesses are stepping up and making donations for this great event. Advantage Insurance is coordinating with Bob from Frosty Delite to make sure there is a special frozen treat at the event for everyone. Mt. Valley Variety is donating beverages for the event, Naples Packing company is donating food for the cookout, and Hotel Rumford will be donating ice.
